Directors to meet on 17 August

Virtu Finance plc has announced that its board of directors will meet on 17 August 2026 to consider the company’s financial reporting for the first half of the year.

The board meeting announcement, VFP56, was published 11 August 2026 through the Malta Stock Exchange OAM.

Unaudited interim statements on agenda

Virtu Finance said its directors will consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve the company’s unaudited interim financial statements for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

The announcement does not contain revenue, profitability, cash-flow or balance-sheet figures for the period.

Investors will therefore need to await the publication of the financial statements following the board’s consideration before assessing Virtu Finance’s performance during the first half of 2026.

Financial reporting milestone approaches

The 17 August meeting establishes the timetable for Virtu Finance’s next formal financial reporting event and gives holders of the company’s securities advance notice of when its first-half accounts are expected to be considered.

Once approved and published, the interim statements should provide updated information about the issuer’s financial position and performance.
