Shareholders Endorse Key AGM Resolutions
Vilhena Funds SICAV p.l.c. has announced that all resolutions presented at its Twenty-Ninth Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on 28 August 2026 at the Hilton Malta in St Julian’s, were approved by shareholders. The results were published on 3 September 2026 and relate to resolutions previously outlined in Company Announcement VIL272.
Annual Report and Auditor Re-Appointment Approved
During the meeting, shareholders approved the Company’s financial statements for the year ended 30 April 2026, together with the Directors’ Report and the Auditors’ Report. Shareholders also endorsed the re-appointment of KPMG Malta as the Company’s external auditors and authorised the Board of Directors to determine their remuneration.
The approval of the annual report marks an important milestone in the Company’s governance cycle, reflecting shareholder support for the financial performance and activities reported during the financial year.
Board Composition Confirmed
Shareholders also approved the re-election of directors nominated in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association. Following the AGM, the Board of Directors comprises:
