VBL confirms €240,000 dividend payment for 26 November

Shareholders to receive dividend in November

VBL plc will pay eligible shareholders a gross final dividend of €240,000 on 26 November 2026.

The Company confirmed the payment date in an announcement issued on 2 November, following shareholder approval at it’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 31 July 2026 during which all resolutions on the Agenda were approved. Company announcements VBL75 and VBL76 refer.

Dividend approved at Annual General Meeting

Shareholders registered with the Company as at 1 July 2026 will qualify for the distribution.

The €240,000 represents the total gross dividend before any applicable taxes or deductions.

The payment relates to the final dividend approved during the July AGM and does not represent an additional distribution.

Payment date confirmed for 26 November

With the payment date now confirmed, announcement VBL80 refers, eligible VBL shareholders can expect to receive their dividend on 26 November. The payment will mark the completion of the Company’s final dividend distribution for the year.
