Lower costs support stronger performance

Together Gaming Solutions plc returned to profitability in the first half of 2026, reporting a €542,215 profit for the six months ended 30 June.

Revenue edged up to approximately €2.39 million, from €2.35 million in the same period last year. At the same time, administrative expenses fell significantly to €1.29 million from €1.70 million.

The combination of higher revenue and lower costs lifted operating profit to approximately €716,542, compared with €237,998 in the first half of 2025.

Company reverses previous-year loss

Profit before tax stood at €542,215, with the Company reporting the same amount as profit for the period. This marked a turnaround from the €29,156 loss recorded during the corresponding period last year.

Total assets amounted to approximately €22.60 million at the end of June. Cash and cash equivalents, however, declined to €411,676 from €1.62 million at the end of 2025.

Changes to platform arrangements

The Company also reported changes affecting the cost of its gaming platform. From 1 January 2026, the turnkey platform fee was revised to 7.5% of net gaming revenue.

Meanwhile, the estimated useful life of the Enji platform was extended from seven years to 12 years, resulting in a lower amortisation charge during the period.

Together Gaming Solutions has €12.5 million in 6.25% bonds maturing between 2030 and 2032, with a carrying value of approximately €12.10 million.

No interim dividend was declared.
