RS2 schedules August board meeting to consider 2026 interim financial statements
Board to review first-half financial results
RS2 plc has scheduled a meeting of its board of directors for 26 August 2026 to consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve the company’s latest interim financial statements. The meeting will cover the six-month financial period ended 30 June 2026.
The forthcoming meeting was disclosed in a company announcement issued on 7 August 2026.
Group and company accounts to be considered
RS2 confirmed that the board will consider both the Group’s and the Company’s condensed interim financial statements. The announcement does not disclose any financial figures, trading information or other details about the group’s first-half performance, with those figures expected to form part of the financial reporting process following board consideration.
The notice therefore serves as advance notification to shareholders and other market participants of the scheduled financial reporting event rather than an announcement of the underlying results themselves.
Announcement issued under capital markets framework
RS2 stated that the communication was issued pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority, in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act, Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta.
The scheduled meeting is relevant to investors because the interim statements will provide an updated assessment of RS2‘s financial position and performance during the first half of 2026 once considered and, if appropriate, approved by the board. No conclusions regarding performance can be drawn from the 7 August notice itself.
