RS2 appoints Odessa Micallef as Chief Administration Officer

Appointment takes effect on 1 September

RS2 plc has appointed Odessa Micallef as Chief Administration Officer, with effect from 1 September 2026.

The appointment was announced to the market on 31 August.

New role covers governance and administration

In her new position, Micallef will be responsible for the strategic leadership of the Group’s corporate administration, governance, facilities and broader business-support functions.

She joined RS2 in June 2021 and most recently served as Head of People, making the appointment an internal promotion within the Group.

RS2 also confirmed that there were no matters relating to the appointment that required further disclosure under the applicable Capital Markets Rules.

Appointment follows interim results

The management change comes shortly after RS2 published its first-half financial results and forms part of the Group’s ongoing organisational development.

The Chief Administration Officer role spans several areas that support RS2’s international payments and technology operations, placing Micallef among the senior executives responsible for the Group’s governance and day-to-day corporate functions.
