QLZH reissues 2025 annual report after audit page omission

Audit page omitted in error

QLZH Holding plc has issued an Errata Corrige relating to its annual financial report for the year ended 31 December 2025, which was originally published on 28 April 2026.

The Company said that one page of the Independent Auditors’ Report was accidentally left out of both the ESEF and PDF versions of the report due to an administrative error.

Corrected version published

QLZH has since reissued the ESEF version of the annual report with the missing page restored, together with the correct page numbering and contents.

The Company confirmed that the revised ESEF file should be treated as the official version, while the accompanying PDF is an exact copy of the corrected report.

Financial statements remain unchanged

QLZH stressed that no other changes were made to the annual financial report.

The omission had no impact on the company’s financial statements or on the auditors’ conclusion. The audit opinion remains unmodified and retains its original date of 28 April 2026.

The update is therefore a correction to the completeness of the published report rather than a restatement of QLZH’s financial results. Its main purpose is to ensure that investors, regulators and other readers have access to the full statutory reporting document.
