Plaza Centres plc repurchased 260,765 ordinary shares during the week ended 18 September 2026, according to the company’s latest share buy-back disclosure.
The Company acquired 258,915 shares on 14 September 2026 at a weighted average price of €0.80 per share, representing the substantial majority of the week’s repurchases. The purchases were executed through two transactions comprising 500 shares and 258,415 shares respectively.
Additional shares acquired on 16 September
A further 1,850 shares were acquired on 16 September 2026 at a weighted average price of €0.83 per share. The transactions were carried out through Rizzo, Farrugia & Co. (Stockbrokers) Ltd under the company’s ongoing share buy-back programme.

€8.5 million bond redemption completed

The company stated that the redemption followed the announcement issued on 10 September 2026 and confirmed that the bonds had been redeemed in full.
