Multitude Bank reports €11.7 million first-half profit before tax
Board approves June 2026 interim report
Multitude Bank plc announced in company announcement MUL52 that its board approved the bank’s half-yearly financial report for the six months ended 30 June 2026 at a meeting held on 12 August.
The announcement was issued under section 5.16 of the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) Capital Markets Rules.
The results provide investors and bondholders with an updated view of Multitude Bank’s profitability and financial position for the first six months of 2026 and include the bank’s condensed interim financial statements.
Profit increases by €2.2 million year on year
The Bank reported profit before tax of €11.7 million for the first half of 2026, up from €9.5 million in the corresponding period of 2025. This represents a year-on-year increase of €2.2 million.
The interim financial statements are unaudited but were independently reviewed by PwC in accordance with International Standard on Review Engagements 2410, which applies to reviews of interim financial information carried out by an entity’s independent auditor.
