The Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) published a notice on 14 September 2026 concerning Kinanis Fiduciaries Limited and the surrender of one of its authorisations.
According to the notice, the Company requested the MFSA to accept the surrender of its authorisation to carry out fiduciary activities involving the holding of securities and/or similar interests on behalf of clients.
