AX Real Estate, Plaza Centres and MIA continue share buy-back activity

AX Real Estate buys back another 22,750 shares

AX Real Estate plc has repurchased a further 22,750 ordinary shares as part of its ongoing share buy-back programme.

The shares were acquired on 16 September 2026 at a weighted average price of €0.535 per share, representing a total value of approximately €12,171.

The transaction was disclosed in a company announcement published on 28 September.

Further September activity

The latest purchase follows another transaction earlier in September, when AX Real Estate bought 24,000 shares at the same €0.535 price.

The programme, which began in June 2026, is intended in part to support liquidity in AX Real Estate shares and is scheduled to remain in place until April 2027.

The Company continues to publish regular updates on the number of shares acquired and the prices paid as the programme progresses.

Plaza Centres buys back a further 29,929 shares

Plaza Centres plc has purchased a further 29,929 ordinary shares under its ongoing share buy-back programme.

The shares were acquired between 23 and 25 September 2026, all at a weighted average price of €0.83 per share, giving the purchases a combined value of approximately €24,841.

Plaza bought 9,385 shares on 23 September, 11,215 shares on 24 September and another 9,329 shares on 25 September.

The transactions were executed through Rizzo, Farrugia & Co. (Stockbrokers) Ltd.

Programme continues after earlier September purchases

The latest transactions follow heavier buy-back activity earlier in the month, including the purchase of more than 258,000 shares on 14 September.

Plaza’s share buy-back programme began in August 2026 following shareholder approval earlier in the year.

The Company has said that shares acquired through the programme will ultimately be cancelled.

Malta International Airport continues share buy-back activity

Malta International Airport plc has repurchased a further 2,373 shares under its ongoing share buy-back programme.

The Company bought 1,160 shares on 24 September at a weighted average price of €6.60, followed by another 1,213 shares on 25 September at €6.55.

The latest purchases had a combined value of approximately €15,601 and were carried out through Rizzo, Farrugia & Co. (Stockbrokers) Ltd.

Purchases continue into late September

The transactions follow the acquisition of another 2,493 shares during the previous week, bringing purchases over the two weeks ended 25 September to 4,866 shares.

Malta International Airport’s current buy-back programme began in June 2026 after shareholders renewed the Company’s authorisation to repurchase its own shares.

The Company continues to publish weekly updates detailing the number of shares acquired and the prices paid.
