Buy-backs carried out over four trading days

Malta International Airport plc repurchased 2,493 of its own shares during the week ended 18 September 2026 as part of its ongoing share buy-back activity.

The Company acquired 634 shares on 14 September, 679 shares on 15 September, 180 shares on 16 September and 1,000 shares on 18 September.

All transactions were completed at a price of €6.60 per share.

Buy-back activity carried out through market transactions

The buy-back transactions were carried out on the Malta Stock Exchange through Rizzo, Farrugia, acting on behalf of Malta International Airport plc. In line with regulatory requirements, the company published both aggregated weekly figures and details of each individual transaction, including volumes, prices and execution times.

The disclosure was issued in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Capital Market Rules and included both aggregated and transaction-level details.

Buy-back programme continues

The latest update indicates that Malta International Airport plc continued to make measured purchases under its share buy-back programme, acquiring shares at a uniform price throughout the week. Activity peaked on 18 September, when the company carried out its largest single-day purchase of the reporting period.

While providing further transparency on the programme’s execution, the announcement contains no changes to the company’s existing buy-back arrangements.
