Board to meet on 10 August

Main Street Complex plc has scheduled a board meeting for 10 August 2026 to consider the company’s interim financial statements for the six months ended 30 June.

The directors will review the accounts and decide whether they are in a position to approve them for publication. The meeting notice was released through the Malta Stock Exchange OAM on the morning of 6 August.

Financial figures have not yet been released

The announcement does not include revenue, profit, occupancy data, cash-flow information or any proposed dividend.

It is therefore a procedural notification rather than a financial-results announcement. Investors must await the outcome of the board meeting and the subsequent publication of the approved statements before assessing the company’s performance during the first half of 2026.

Property performance likely to remain central

Main Street Complex’s results are closely connected to leasing conditions, tenant occupancy, rental collections and operating costs at its commercial property.

The forthcoming report should provide a clearer indication of how these factors developed during the period and whether the company experienced significant movements in profitability, liquidity or asset values.

The board may also address whether circumstances support a shareholder distribution, although the present notice makes no reference to a dividend proposal. A further announcement is expected once the directors have completed their consideration of the accounts.
