Board approves annual financial results

Loqus Holding plc has approved its annual financial statements for the financial year ended 30 June 2026.

The company’s board of directors approved the accounts during a meeting held on 29 October, following an earlier announcement confirming the scheduled review.

The financial statements will provide shareholders with details of the company’s performance and financial position over the past year.

Annual accounts to be presented at the Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Loqus Holding will present the approved financial statements to shareholders at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The company also confirmed that the audited accounts will be available on the Loqus Group website. The announcement did not include specific figures relating to revenue, profitability or the company’s financial position.

Directors confirm financial reporting requirements

Directors Walter Bonnici and Joe Fenech Conti have formally confirmed that the annual financial report has been prepared in line with the relevant reporting requirements. They also certified that the auditor’s report contained in the published accounts matches the original signed report.

With the board’s approval now in place, the financial statements will be submitted to shareholders for consideration at the Company’s Annual General Meeting, the date of which is yet to be announced.
