Board approves six-month statements

Exalco Finance plc has approved its unaudited interim financial statements for the period ended 30 June 2026.

The approval was confirmed in a company announcement dated 5 August, following an earlier notice that the board would meet to consider the results. The full half-year report was attached to the announcement and made available through the Exalco Group investor-relations website.

Report provides an update for bond investors

As a listed debt issuer, Exalco Finance’s periodic reporting is especially relevant to bondholders assessing the company’s assets, liabilities, financing costs and ability to service its obligations.

The published document includes a half-yearly directors’ report, condensed statement of financial position, statement of comprehensive income, changes in equity, cash-flow information and supporting notes.

The statements remain unaudited and therefore serve as an interim update rather than a substitute for the company’s annual audited accounts.

Announcement completes scheduled reporting step

The company did not announce a new bond issue, dividend or material financing arrangement alongside the approval. The market disclosure is focused on fulfilling the issuer’s scheduled half-year reporting requirement and making the underlying documentation accessible.

Investors can use the report to compare Exalco Finance’s June position with the previous financial year-end and monitor any changes in liquidity, borrowing and financial performance.
