ELL Finance to consider 2026 interim financial statements

Directors to meet on 21 August

ELL Finance plc has announced that its board of directors will meet on 21 August 2026 to consider the company’s financial results for the first half of the year.

The forthcoming meeting was disclosed through company announcement ELL/2026 published on the Malta Stock Exchange’s Officially Appointed Mechanism on 10 August 2026 at 16:36.

The board will consider the company’s Interim Directors’ Report and Financial Statements for the half-year ended 30 June 2026.

Half-year report to be considered for approval

ELL Finance said the board will consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve the Interim Directors’ Report and accompanying financial statements during the scheduled meeting.

The 10 August announcement does not provide financial figures relating to the company’s performance during the first six months of 2026. Revenue, profitability, assets, liabilities and other financial information will therefore need to be assessed following publication of the interim reporting documentation.
