Eden Finance approves its unaudited half-year financial statements
Board concludes interim reporting process
Eden Finance plc has approved its unaudited interim financial statements covering the six months ended 30 June 2026. The decision was taken during a board meeting held on 4 August and announced through the Malta Stock Exchange OAM the following day.
The published report provides bondholders and other market participants with an updated view of the company’s financial position and performance during the first half of its financial year.
Statements made available to investors
The company attached the approved financial statements to its announcement and also made them available through the Eden Leisure Group website.
The publication fulfils Eden Finance’s periodic reporting obligations under the Capital Markets Rules. As the accounts are unaudited, they represent management’s interim assessment rather than a year-end set of financial statements accompanied by a full statutory audit opinion.
Focus remains on issuer transparency
Eden Finance is an issuing company within the Eden Leisure Group structure. Regular reporting is therefore particularly relevant to investors assessing the issuer’s financial capacity and its continuing ability to meet bond-related obligations.
The announcement itself does not identify a dividend, new financing transaction or material change in the terms of the company’s securities. Its principal purpose is to confirm board approval and public availability of the six-month financial report.
