Dizz Finance confirms full repayment of bond

Dizz Finance plc has confirmed that its bond was repaid in full on 5 October 2026, bringing the financing arrangement to a close after ten years.

The repayment follows an earlier company announcement, DZF112, in which the issuer had outlined the redemption process.

In its latest update, Dizz Finance thanked bondholders for their support throughout the life of the bond, marking the formal conclusion of the Company’s obligations under the security.

While the announcement does not repeat details such as the outstanding nominal amount, coupon or individual payment terms, the key point for investors is that the redemption has now been completed in full.

The repayment is also linked to a wider transaction within the Dizz Group. A separate announcement by D Shopping Malls Finance, issued shortly afterwards, said that proceeds received by the Group following the completion of a corporate transaction were used to repay the Dizz Finance bond.

Taken together, the two announcements provide a clearer picture of both the source of funds and the completion of the repayment, although they remain separate disclosures by different issuers.

This notice removes the uncertainty over the status of the security and confirms that the repayment process has been finalised.
