Bonnici Bros Properties first-half profit rises to €321,795

Revenue climbs above €1.14 million

Bonnici Bros. Properties plc reported a stronger performance for the first six months of 2026, with revenue increasing to €1.14 million from €812,387 in the same period last year.

After direct operating expenses, net income rose to €1.05 million, up from €797,655 in the first half of 2025.

Profit before tax reaches €553,285

Administrative expenses increased to €128,908, while net finance costs amounted to €369,250.

Despite the higher costs, profit before tax increased to €553,285, compared with €338,330 a year earlier. Following a tax charge of €231,490, profit and total comprehensive income for the period came in at €321,795, up from €221,131 in the first half of 2025.

Property portfolio and assets grow

As at 30 June 2026, the Company’s investment property was valued at approximately €39.47 million, up from €38 million at the end of 2025.

Total assets increased to €43.11 million, while shareholders’ equity stood at around €18.53 million.

Bonnici Bros Properties also generated approximately €1.03 million in net cash from operating activities during the period, supporting the improvement recorded in its first-half earnings.
