Board approves consolidated statements

BMIT Technologies plc has approved its group interim unaudited financial statements for the six-month period from 1 January to 30 June 2026.

The approval was granted during a board meeting held on 5 August, after which the company published the full interim report through the Malta Stock Exchange OAM and its corporate website.

Report covers the wider BMIT group

The document contains condensed consolidated financial information rather than figures relating solely to the listed parent company. It includes the group’s interim statement of financial position, comprehensive income, changes in equity and cash flows, together with explanatory notes and a directors’ report.

The report also contains the relevant declaration under the Capital Markets Rules and an external review of the interim financial information. Its publication gives shareholders a structured update on BMIT’s financial development during the first half of 2026.

Investors gain a mid-year performance checkpoint

BMIT operates in technology infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity and managed-services markets, where investment requirements and recurring-service income are important factors in assessing performance.

The interim accounts allow investors to examine how the group’s operational strategy is translating into revenue, profitability, cash generation and balance-sheet movements before the publication of its full-year results.

The announcement did not disclose a separate dividend decision, concentrating instead on approval and publication of the complete interim reporting package.
