Total purchases rise to 131,683 shares

APS Bank plc repurchased 33,828 shares during the week ended 11 September 2026 as part of its ongoing share buy-back programme.

The transactions, disclosed in company announcement APSB121 on 14 September, brought the total number of shares acquired since the programme began on 10 August 2026 to 131,683.

APS confirmed that the shares bought back are not being cancelled.

Shares purchased at €0.595 and €0.600

During the week, APS acquired 6,828 shares on 7 September at a volume-weighted average price of €0.595 per share.

No transaction took place on 8 September, which was a public holiday.

The bank then purchased 9,000 shares on each of 9, 10 and 11 September, with all three transactions carried out at a volume-weighted average price of €0.600 per share.

Buy-back programme continues

The transactions were executed on the Malta Stock Exchange by ReAPS Asset Management Ltd, with sub-delegated powers granted to Curmi & Partners Ltd.

The latest disclosure provides investors with an update on the progress of the programme, including the number of shares acquired and the prices paid during the week.

With the latest purchases, APS has now bought back more than 131,000 shares since the programme started in August.
