Scrip price confirmed

APS Bank plc has set the attribution price for its interim scrip dividend at €0.58 per share.

The announcement, issued on 20 August, follows the Bank’s 30 July declaration of a €4 million interim net dividend, equivalent to a gross dividend of €6,153,846. Shareholders can choose to receive the dividend either in cash or through the allocation of newly issued shares.

Election timetable set

The record date for the dividend is 20 August 2026, while 18 August was the last trading date on which investors could acquire shares carrying the right to participate.

APS Bank will send the interim scrip dividend form and accompanying booklet to shareholders on 31 August. The election period will run from 1 September to 18 September, during which eligible shareholders can select their preferred option and return the completed form.

Payment of the cash dividend and the allotment of new shares under the scrip option are both scheduled for 30 September.

What shareholders need to know

The €0.58 attribution price will be used to calculate how many new APS Bank shares shareholders receive if they opt for the scrip dividend instead of cash.

The latest announcement does not change the €4 million net dividend declared in July. Rather, it provides the pricing and timetable needed to complete the dividend process, giving shareholders the information required to make their election ahead of the September deadline.
