Buy-back programme continues

APS Bank plc purchased a further 33,692 of its own shares during the week ended 28 August 2026 as part of its ongoing share buy-back programme.

The Bank acquired 7,200 shares on 25 August at a weighted-average price of €0.565, followed by 5,955 shares on 26 August at €0.575.

It purchased a further 7,437 shares on 27 August at €0.570, before acquiring 13,100 shares on 28 August at a weighted-average price of €0.590.

Total purchases rise to 75,455 shares

The latest transactions bring the total number of shares acquired since the programme began on 10 August 2026 to 75,455.

APS said shares purchased through the programme are being cancelled rather than held as treasury shares.

As a result, each cancellation reduces the number of shares in issue, with the overall impact depending on the number of shares ultimately repurchased under the programme.
