APS Bank buys back another 14,726 shares at €0.58
Total purchases rise to 41,763 shares
APS Bank plc has bought back a further 14,726 of its own shares under its ongoing share buy-back programme, taking the total acquired since the programme began on 10 August to 41,763 shares.
According to the Bank’s latest disclosure, the purchases were made during the week ended 21 August 2026. No shares were acquired between 17 and 19 August, while 7,326 shares were purchased on 20 August and a further 7,400 on 21 August, all at €0.58 per share.
Programme covers up to five million shares
APS shareholders approved the buy-back at the Bank’s Annual General Meeting on 6 May 2026, authorising purchases of up to five million ordinary shares at prices ranging from €0.45 to €0.75 per share.
The programme is aimed at supporting more efficient capital management and enhancing shareholder value. Shares acquired will be held as treasury shares rather than cancelled and may later be sold, transferred or used to meet obligations under employee share incentive plans.
Buy-back execution handled independently
The programme is managed by ReAPS Asset Management Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of APS Bank, with day-to-day execution delegated to Curmi & Partners Limited.
APS Bank said it will continue to publish weekly updates on transactions carried out under the programme.
