Agora Estates closes €20 million bond offer early after full subscription

Bond issue fully subscribed

Agora Estates plc has closed its €20 million secured bond offer ahead of schedule after receiving enough applications to fully subscribe the issue.

The bonds carry an annual interest rate of 5.75% and mature in 2038, with a nominal value of €100 each.

The Company launched the offer under a prospectus dated 7 October 2026, setting out the terms and conditions for investors.

Subscription period ends seven days early

Agora Estates originally planned to accept applications until 30 October 2026.

However, strong demand prompted the company to close subscriptions at noon on 23 October, seven days before the original deadline.

The early closure means investors can no longer submit applications under the current offer.

Allocation details expected on 27 October

Following the closure, Agora Estates has brought forward the remaining steps in the bond issuance process.

The Company will announce the basis of acceptance by Tuesday, 27 October 2026, confirming how the bonds have been allocated among applicants.

This will allow investors to find out whether their applications have been accepted in full or only partially.

Although the issue has reached full subscription, Agora Estates has not disclosed the total value of applications received.

Further details are expected when the company publishes its allocation results.
