Company confirms bond allocation
Agora Estates plc has announced the allocation of its €20 million 5.75% secured bond issue, following the early closure of subscriptions on 23 October 2026.
The Company closed the offer seven days ahead of schedule after investors fully subscribed to the bonds, which mature in 2038.
The latest announcement outlines how the securities have been distributed among existing noteholders and authorised financial intermediaries.
€4.25 million allocated to existing noteholders
Agora Estates allocated €4.25 million to holders of its 2025 and 2026 private placement notes who applied to exchange their investments for the new bonds.
Meanwhile, the remaining €15.75 million went to authorised financial intermediaries participating in the offering.
The Company has cancelled the existing notes exchanged for the new securities.
It also confirmed that any remaining notes under the two private placements will be repaid by 30 November 2026.
Bond trading expected to begin on 3 November
Interest on the new bonds will begin accruing on 2 November 2026, when the securities are also scheduled for admission to the Malta Stock Exchange’s Official List.
Trading is expected to start the following day, on 3 November.
The bonds were issued under a prospectus dated 7 October 2026, with an annual interest rate of 5.75% and repayment due in 2038.
The allocation follows the successful subscription of the full €20 million offering.
